Yogurt Smoothie Snack

Recipe: This is a fun dessert for the kids. You can use your favorites to make it the way you like. 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt honey or sugar to sweeten if using plain yogurt 1/2 cup fresh, frozen, or 1/4 cup canned fruit 1 tsp chocolate syrup if desired 3-4 ice cubes pinch of ground flaxseed if desired*don't use more unless you love the flavor* of course this is optional Throw everything in blender, or magic bullet and blend well the mixture is thin enough for drinking straws to handle easily, add more ice or frozen yogurt for thicker consistancy. Some of our favorites are blueberry, bananna peanut butter, chocolate peanut butter, strawberry bananna, strawberry chocolate, peaches and cream, as you can tell the combinations are endless. Just think of your favorite ice cream parlor combo and make it for less on your wallet and waist.
