SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS

Recipe: Sweet & Sour Meatballs 1lb. ground beef ½ cup breadcrumbs ¼ cup milk ½ tsp SEASONED SALT* ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 egg 2 tbsp brown sugar 20oz can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup 1 cup SWEET PEPPER JALAPENO JAM* 1 small chopped green pepper Combine first 6 ingredients; form into 1-inch balls. Brown over medium heat in large skillet; drain. Combine brown sugar, pineapple with syrup and SWEET PEPPER JALAPENO JAM in the same pan used to fry meatballs. Heat to boiling; stir constantly. Reduce heat; add meatballs. Cover; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in green pepper. Cover; simmer an additional 5 minutes until crisp-tender.
