No-Bake Cookies Name: JOHNNIE WALSH Base: NAS Jacksonville, FL Recipe: 2 c. sugar 1/2 c milk 1 stick butter 4 tsp cocoa 2 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 c peanut butter 2 1/2 c oatmeal Mix sugar, milk, butter and cocoa. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring while cooking. Remove from heat, add vanilla, peanut butter and oatmeal. Drop on wax paper. Let cool. Yield 2 dozen cookies.
