Cookies N Cream Cake Name: Jennifer Walton Base: Ft Knox Recipe: Cake: 1 18.25oz pkg Classic white cake mix 1¼ cups water 1/3 cup oil 4 egg whites 1 cup coarsely crushed Oreo cookies Frosting: 1 16oz can vanilla frosting Heat oven to 350 spray bottom of 13x9” pan. Mix all ingredients in bowl except for cookies until well blended then gently fold crushed cookies into batter. Pour into pan. Bake for 32-36 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 1 hr or until completely cooled. Frost cake and garnish with cut Oreos.
