Strawberry Cake Name: Jennifer Walton Base: Ft Knox Recipe: ½ lb frozen strawberries thawed 3 oz or ¼ cup plus 1/8 cup strawberry gelatin 2.5 lbs White cake mix 2 cups water Prepare mix according to package instructions. Add gelatin and strawberries and water. Frost cake with favorite white icing or cream cheese frosting. Tip blend strawberries a bit to make smaller. Makes 25 servings
