1 14oz can chicken broth (1 ¾ cups)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Mix broth, soy, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and red pepper in a shallow bowl. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and let refrigerate 1hr or over night. Remove chicken from marinade.
Grill or broil chicken 15 min. or until done turning and brushing with marinade often.
