2 ½ tbsp butter
3 ½ tbsp hot-pepper sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
24 peeled, deveined extra-large shrimp tails left on
4 ribs celery cut in sticks
Garnish with lime wedges
Heat broiler. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil; coat with nonstick spray. Melt butter in small bowl in microwave then stir in pepper sauce and garlic. Place shrimp on prepared sheet pan then drizzle and toss with butter mixture. Broil turning once, 2 ½ min or until shrimp are just cooked through. Toss with remaining sauce. Arrange on platter; serve with celery. Garnish with the lime wedges. Great easy zesty appetizer when guest are coming over.
