Beef Nacho Salad

Recipe: Brown 1 lb of ground beef in pan,drain fat. Then add 1 packet of old elpaso taco seasoning to the meat, follow directions on packet. While beef is browning pour 3/4 of a 20 oz bag of Tostitos bite size tortilla chips into a large bowl. Then you can either use any kind of lettuce either a head of lettuce or a bag of salad, rinse well and tear into small bite size pieces, and add to the chips in the bowl. After the beef is done add it to the bowl, top with shredded cheese (I prefer the mexican blend). Then top with ranch and salsa of your choice and mix well. Great easy summer dinner that the family will love.
