1 bag frozen diced potatoes - with or with out vegetables, e. Onions and peppers
1 can of corn Beef
3 cups of water
Put bag of diced frozen potatoes in pot. Add 1 can of corn beef. When putting the corned beef in the pot dice it up to mix with the water Add 3 cups of water. Heat and simmer until most of the water has disipated. It is enough to feed a family of 8. Left over corned beef hash can be refrigerated and reheated the next day or up to 3 days later. Just had a quarter cup of water and heat. Potatoes will absorb the excess water. I found this out when I wanted to make some hash brown but had no fresh potatoes. Mixed it up and I did not have mashed potatoes but a good simple corned beef has recipe. |
