Snoball Salad
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tubs cool whip
1 large can sweetened, crushed pineapple
½ cup of chopped maraschino cherries (rinsed off)
1 cup chopped nuts
3 large or 4 small mashed bananas
Combine all ingredients, except Cool Whip, until it is well blended. Fold in Cool Whip and put into a 13 X 9 1/2 –inch pan and freeze.
