Recipe: |
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
tortillas
shredded cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
salsa, sour cream, or other toppings as desired
Place chicken in resealable plastic bag; add taco seasoning. Seal bag and shake to completely cover chicken. Grill chicken until done (I use a counter-top grill and it works great) or bake for 20 minutes until juice run clear. Cut into strips. Place a tortilla on a microwave-safe plate; add chicken strips and cheese. Microwave for about 30 seconds or until cheese is melted. Add lettuce, tomato and any other toppings you wish, then serve! |
