Fried green beans with Maggi |

Fresh or frozen green beans( prefer fresh)
Maggi or Soysauce
A small onion
bacon
pepper
oil
Heat oil in large pan until really hot. Add the onion which is chopped in small pieces.Add the bacon which is also chopped up really well. Once the onion gets glassy add the beans.Fry really high while constantly stirring.When beans start to cook through well add Soysauce or maggi.Not both.I love both but prefer Maggi since i am german :)You should use enough maggi or soysauce since no salt will be added.It should be a nice really brown color. Keep on high heat and stirring it well constantly. Once beans are shrinking and getting brown enough ...they are done.I add pepper afterwards and just stir it all up. It is a great side dish that we love with pork chops and mashed potatoes. Enjoy |
