1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
Mix together to blend
1 onion chopped fine (medium)
2 carrots chopped fine
3 green peppers chopped fine
1 red pepper chopped fine
1/2teaspoon celery seed
parsley flakes (about 2 Tablespoons)
Garlic salt to taste
1 lbs think spaghetti
Cook spaghetti, rinse in cold water and drain well
combine vegetables and add to spaghetti
pour marinade over all and refrigerate.
Make this the day before needed so spaghetti will absorb liquid. Stir frequently |
