Recipe: 1/3 cup oil 2/3 cup vinegar 1 cup sugar Mix together to blend 1 onion chopped fine (medium) 2 carrots chopped fine 3 green peppers chopped fine 1 red pepper chopped fine 1/2teaspoon celery seed parsley flakes (about 2 Tablespoons) Garlic salt to taste 1 lbs think spaghetti Cook spaghetti, rinse in cold water and drain well combine vegetables and add to spaghetti pour marinade over all and refrigerate.
