Boil 2 lbs. Stew meat in large pan of water. (can use chuck roast)
Use a lot of water for this is your soup. After it comes to a boil...turn down to a simmer and add the following:
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
diced potatoes
chunks of cabbage
1 med. chopped onion
celery sliced
1 can of diced tomatoes
salt & pepper
48oz can of tomato juice
Simmer at least 4-5hours.
