Emergency Appetizers (little pizzas)

Recipe: These are a family fav. I remember when I was growing up my grandma would always been in the kitchen on Christmas eve heating these up. These are better when made a day or more ahead. 1 lbs. Ground beef 1 lbs. mild sausage 1 lbs. Velveeta cheese 2 T. minced onion flakes 3/4 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon celery seed garlic powder to taste 1 pkg. party rye slices Brown and drain meats. Cube cheese and add to meat (keep on low temp) Stir until cheese is melted into meats. Add all other ingredients and stir well. Place spoonful of meat on each slice of rye. Place on cookie sheet and freeze 1 hour. Remove from freexer and put in plasitc bag. Return bag to freezer. When needed bake at 400 for 8 min. Keep unused ones in freeze. Make plenty, these disappear very fast!!!!
