Chicken - Adobo (Phil-AM Dish)

Recipe: 1 frozen bag of chicken thighs (skin removed) 3 C water 1 C white vinegar 1/2 C soy sauce 1 tsp minced garlic 1 bay leaf 1 tsp black pepper Place all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, cook on low heat for about 1 1/2 hours (until meat is tender). Serve over white rice. Use the liquid in the pot as a gravy. Note: You can make this in the crock pot as well. Just add everything using the cooking directions for the pot and set on low. Go to work come home & eat.
