Salad - Corn & Black Bean

Recipe: 1 16 ounce can drained black beans 1 12 ounce drained canned corn 1/4 C red wine vinegar 2 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/4 C fresh chopped cilantro (or 1 tsp dried cilantro) Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour then serve. Great with burgers, hot dogs, basically anything. Leftovers keep for several days.
