Pecan Cranberry Chicken Salad |

Recipe: |
Chicken- 1 can of chicken is easiest
Pecans- small pouch...chopped into smaller pieces
Cranberrys- handful of fresh cranberrys cut in halves or thirds
Mayonaise- about 2 tablespoons- may be more or less depending on size of can of chicken
Mustard- about 1/8 of teaspoon to taste
Celery- cut up about a handful of small pieces ...you don't want any large pieces or it will have a strong celery flavor
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Only add more mayo if neccesry at the end. This is a great meal when served over lettuce with crackers!
