1 tbs- all purpose flour
1/2 tsp- paprika
1 tsp- poultry seasoning
3/4 tsp- garlic salt
1/4 tsp- pepper
1/8 to 1/4 tsp- cheyenne pepper
1 1/2 lbs- boneless, skinless chicken breast- cut into 1/2 inche strips
2 tbs- butter
In a large, resealable plastic bag combined the first six ingredients, add chicken (half at a time), shake to coat. In a large skillet cook chicken in butter for 8 to 10 minutes or until juices run clear. |
