3-4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Butter
Teriyaki sauce
lettuce
hoagie rolls
mushrooms
onions
mayo
Prep:
Cut boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite size pieces soak in teriyaki sauce for 5-10min add pepper to taste
Use a nonstick skillet on m-mh (i prefer my electric flat skillet) and cook your cut chicken breast peices in 2 tbls of butter as the chicken is cooked chop into smaller peices with your spatula add more teriyaki sauce as you go to keep chicken moist. Sautee onions and mushrooms in butter and add to fully cooked chicken (Beware do not add teriyaki to mushrooms, makes the meal salty!) Lightly Toast your hoagie rolls with butter, spread mayo add lettuce a splash of teriyaki sauce to each newly made sandwich and enjoy! |
