Recipe: |
1 lb- hamburger meat
1/2 cup- Onion, chopped
3qrts- boiling water
2 3/4 cups- Noodles, yolk-free
1 can- tomato soup
1 1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp- pepper
1 cup- bread crumbs
*brown beef & onion in hot skillet; drain
*boil water in sauce pan, cook noodles for 10 minutes, drain and set aside
*combine soup, water & pepper, stir in meat, add cooked noodles, stir gentle
*spoon mixture into 9x13 baking pan, sprinkle bread crumbs over mixture.
*bake, uncovered, at 300-F, about 30 minutes. |
