Ingredients:
2 cans Drained Crab Meat
4 oz. Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1/2 c. Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Butter (Softened)
2 Small Yellow Onions (Diced)
2/3 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 c. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. Parsley
1/2 Tsp. Seasoned Salt
1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Extra Handful of Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and butter until smooth and well blended. Carefully blend in seasonings. Next, stir in diced onions, crab meat, and cheeses. Blend until smooth. Place mixture in a lightly greased shallow baking dish, and top with the extra handful of cheeses, and some parsley for color. Place in over for 14 minutes, watching carefully. Serve with salted corn chips or club crackers.
