Homemade Macaroni and Cheese |

1 C. Macaroni cooked and Drained
1 Large can of Evaporated Milk
11 Pieces of cheese
3-4 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 Package of Saltine Crackers crunched up
Cook and drain the macaroni and set aside. Put the evaporated milk in a large pan. Over low heat add cheese and stir constantly until the cheese is melted. In a microwave or pan melt the butter. Put the crackers in a ziploc bag and crunch up until crumbs. Add the melted butter to the crackers and coat crackers well.
Pour the macaroni in a oven proof dish. Pour the cheese misture on top, and stir until coated. Spoon or sprinkle the crackers on top.
Bake at 350 F for 20-30 Minutes or until the crackers are brown. Enjoy!
