Salsa Pork Chops and Potato Skillet |

6 pork chops, 1/2" thick
6 cups frozen diced potatoes
1 1/2 tsp seasoning from a 'Taco Seasoning' packet
3 T vegetable oil
2 cups Salsa (pace or homemade)
Place pork, potatoes and seasoning mix in large, heavy-duty plastic bag;
shake to coat.
Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat.
Add pork; cook for 2-3 min on each side.
Top with salsa and potatoes.
Reduce heat to low; cover.
Cook for 12-15 min or till pork is no longer pink in center.
