Fritoes (or Taco Chips)
1 lb. ground meat, cooked (beef, Chicken or Turkey)
1 Packet of Taco seasoning
2 cans re-fried beans, Heated
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 chopped onion
1 can sliced black olives
Sour cream
Salt and pepper
Pace or homemade Salsa
Fry up ground meat,
Add taco seasoning, stir to combine.
Place a cup or so of fritoes on a plate.
Top with, ground meat, beans, cheese, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, salt, pepper and a dollop of sour cream and Salsa.
