Recipe: Tortellini Alfredo Alfredo Sauce (2) 5 oz blocks of fresh Parmesan Cheese 1 stick of Butter 1pt. Heavy Whipping Cream Fresh Garlic Package of Cheese or Meat Tortellini (or any pasta of your choice) You want to grate the parmesan cheese very fine like. (almost shaven) Set aside. In a saucepan on very low heat melt entire stick of butter. Add finely chopped garlic while butter is melting. Once all melted pour in Heavy Whipping Cream and turn heat up a little bit. Not quite on med. Stir constantly. Stir about 10 min. as the sauce gets hot. Add the finely grated cheese in small handfuls. Continue stirring as the cheese melts the sauce will thicken. Keep adding cheese until desired taste. Save some cheese to garnish dish if you like. Once all of the cheese is in the sauce pan you can cook the pasta. Pasta should take no more than 3-5 min. to cook in boiling water. Once your pasta is done pour sauce over and serve hot. Serving size 4 Hint: Can add Broccoli and chicken to dish. Some add chopped ham and peas to dish. Enjoy (Must stir sauce constantly otherwise the butter and cream separate)
