1lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 taco-seasoning packet
1/2-cup chunky salsa
1 can of black beans (drained)
1 bag of pre-chopped romaine lettuce
1-cup cherry tomatoes
1 large bag of tortilla chips
Brown meat in a large skillet. Drain fat from skillet. Add the salsa and seasoning mix to the ground beef. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add the drained black beans to the mixture. Simmer on low heat until mixture thickens to desired consistency. Divide lettuce into four bowls. Divide meat mixture evenly into the four bowls. Top with cherry tomatoes.
No utensils needed to eat serve with tortilla chips.
