CONGO SQUARES Name: Anthony Daniels Base: Alabama Recipe: 2 sticks butter, melted 2 3/4 c. self-rising flour 3 eggs 1 box brown sugar 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips Mix together melted butter and brown sugar; add flour and eggs alternately. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips. Pour into a 9x13 inch greased and floured baking pan and bake in 300 degree oven for 30-45 minutes.
