1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesean cheese (fresh, grated)
1 14 oz. can artichokes (drained)
1 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Drain well and chop artichokes into small pieces. Mince garlic. Mix all together. Place in small baking dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, chips or fresh bread.
I usually double the recipe for get togethers. It is always the first thing gone!
