BIG sandwich
1 loaf unsliced Italian bread (about 1 lb.)
1/2 lb cooked, sliced ham
1/2 lb cooked, sliced turkey or roast beef
your choice: thin sliced dill pickles or 1T. sweet pickle relish
spread ingredients:
1 small pkg cream cheese (3 oz ?)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 sprinkles of onion powder
1/4 cup (or less) of mayonnaise
1 1/2 t. worcestershire sauce
Cut the bread in half lengthwise, scoop out some of the bread from both the top and the bottom. Combine the spread ingredients and spread over all the cut sides of bread. fill the top half of the bread with one meat, the bottom with the other. Put the pickles in the middle.
Gently press halves together and wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut into 1 1/2" slices. 12 servings.
