Oohy Goooy Cake Name: Keri Scott Base: Little Rock AFB Recipe: CAKE: 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix; 1 Egg; 1 Stick of butter; Mix all of the above ingredients and pat into bottom of 9 x 13 prepared pan. FILLING: 1 8 oz Cream cheese (softened); 2 Eggs; 1 Teaspoon Vanilla (I use Almond) extract; 1 16 0z Box of Confectioners Sugar (Powder Sugar); 1 Stick of Butter(melted); Mix all ingredients and pour over cake. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 40 - 50 minutes, depending on oven ***Or until top is light brown.
