Recipe: |
1 CUP beer
1 CUP flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. Baking powder
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. sugar
Pour beer into a bowl. Sift flour, salt and baking soda into beer. Whisk together to blend. Add eggs and beat till batter is light and frothy.
DIP fish shake off any excess and fry as directions say.
This batter can be used for chicken and vegetables also. |
