2 Cups Long Grain White Rice
1/4 Fresh Onion – diced (optional)
1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Cups Water – warm/hot
1 tsp Chili Powder
8 oz can Tomato Sauce
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Cayenne Red Pepper
4.5 oz can Diced Green Chile’s
In a large skillet or wok, brown rice in oil. Add all the remaining ingredients; simmer on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer on medium high hear for about 15 to 20 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Serve with your favorite foods
