1 package kielbasa or smoked sausage such as Hillshire Farms, any type, cut into bite size pieces
5 pealed potatos, bite size dice
1 small package frozen green beans french style or regular or 2 cans of green beans, french or cut
salt and pepper to taste
Cover potatos with salted water. When potatos are 5-8 minutes from being fork tender skim any foam from water and add green beans and kielbosa. Soup is done when potatos are fork tender and green beans and kielbasa are heated through.
You can vary the ingrediants depending on what you have on and and what you like. Also the quantitiy can be easily scaled down or increased. |
