Recipe: Cream Cheese Flan 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 1 can 12oz. carnation evaporated milk 1 can 14oz. carnation sweetened condensed milk 1 8oz. cream cheese softened 1 4oz. cream cheese softened 1 teaspoon of vanilla 5 eggs Heat oven to 350 Combine sugar and water in medium saucepan, cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes or until dissolved. Increase heat to medium high. Boil without stirring for about 15 minutes or until caramel colored. Quickly pour over bottom and sides of a bundt. Combine evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese,eggs,and vanilla in blender and cover. Blender well, pour mixture into bundt pan. Take the bundt pan and put it in a water base pan fill the pan half way with water and cook in oven for 65 to 75 minutes. Let cool for 4 to 5 hours in the refrigerator and serve.
