Sausage Cheese Balls |

Recipe: |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquick
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (I use Sharp, but any is fine)
1 lb roll of ground sausage (Jimmy Dean's Hot in frozen area)
Mix all together with your hands until well incorporated. Roll into bite-size small balls (about 1 -2 inches diameter). Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Enjoy! These are great for breakfast or hors d'oeuvres. I usually make a double batch because they disappear quite quickly. They are also good served with a horseradish dip (horseradish, mustard, and mayo). |
