Mattie's Shrimp Puffs on Pillsbury Biscuits

Recipe: 1 can Pillsbury Flaky Biscuits 1 package large frozen cooked shrimp, peeled and thawed 1 cup Mayonnaise 1 cup chopped Vidalia or Walla Wala onion (sweet) 1 cup shredded (not powdered)Parmesan Cheese Bake biscuits according to package directions. Cool and split in half crosswise to make two circles*. Place them on a large cookies sheet. Mix together mayonnaise, onion and Parmesan cheese. Remove tails from shrimp and place a few on each biscuit. Place a dollop of onion cheese mixture on top of each biscuit. Bake at 350 degrees 15 - 20 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly on top. GREAT appetizer! *May cut biscuit sections into halves or quarters for bite-size pieces.
