Mom's Special Cheesey Garlic Bread |

1 loaf French bread, sliced
Butter
Sliced Cheese of your choice (I prefer pepper jack or monteray jack)
Garlic
Rosemary
Thyme
Basil
Place buttered bread on broiler pan.
Sprinkle a light layer of all but Garlic powder on them.
Place cheese over spices
Sprinkle Garlic on cheese
Place under the broiler until the cheese is melted and golden.
As you try this you can use your own variety of spices to suit your taste...stick with Italian herbs for the most part if you are eating this with Spaghetti, Lasagne, etc.
Also good as just a snack for the kids when they get home from school!
