1 PILLSBURY READY MADE PIE CRUST OR YOUR FAVORITE TART
CRUST RECIPE
1 BAG FRESH CRANBERRIES
1 PINT BLUEBERRIES OR OMIT AND USE 2 BAGS CRANBERRIES
1 ½ C BROKEN WALNUTS OR YOUR FAVORITE NUTS
1 C SUGAR GRANUALATED OR BROWN
ZEST AND JUICE OF 1 TANGERINE/TANGELO/SMALL ORANGE, OR 1/3 CUP APPLE CIDER OR CRANBERRY JUICE
3 T CORN STARCH
2 TO 3 tsp SAIGON CINNAMON
2 TO 3 T APRICOT JAM
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 PLACE CRUST IN 10 INCH TART PAN. STIR REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT APRICOT JAM TOGETHER AND POUR INTO PREPARED TART PAN. BAKE FOR APPROXIMATELY 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLY AND STARTING TO CARMELIZE ON TOP. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND ALLOW TO COOL FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES. BRUSH TOP WITH 2 TO 3 TBSP MELTED APRICOT JAM. SEVE WITH SWEETENED WHIPPED CREAM OR VANILLA ICE CREAM
