Mashed Red Potatoes

Recipe: INGREDIENTS: 3lbs Red Potatoes (approximately) Water (enough to cover the potatoes) 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp Dried Rosemary (crushed) 1/8 tsp Black Pepper 1 - 1 1/2 c. milk Clean & Peel the potatoes, then put them into a stock pot. Cover them with water, and then boil them for approximately 30 minutes (or until soft). Then strain them in a strainer. Then put them back into the pot, with heat on a low setting. Allow the potatoes to dry out a little while you slowly shake the pan from side to side or back in forth (This makes them easier to mash). Once they've dried a little you can begin to hand mash them. Then toss in the butter. Add the seasonings and use the potato masher to mix everything. Turn off the heat, and slowly stir in the milk until you've got the desired consistency. Enjoy!
