Melt 2 Tbs. olive oil and 3 Tbs. butter. Add a bulb of garlic and 1/2 cup of onion. Put in one pound of frozen peeled shrimp. Cook until shrimp turn pink. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti. |
