Spaghetti/Low Fat Cheese Delight

Recipe: Spaghetti, cooked, regular or thin, broken (approx.3-4 cups) Olive oil (approx. 1/2 cup) Garlic, finely chopped (approx. 1/4 cup) Shredded mozzarella low-fat cheese (approx. 1/2-3/4 cups) Salt to taste Cook Spaghetti according to package. Pour small amount of olive oil in bottom of larger bowl; then, continue layering small amounts of olive oil, spaghetti, salt, garlic and mozzarella cheese. Parsley flakes can be added to top layer, if you desire. Simply delicious!
