Almost Italian Lasagna

Recipe: 1 lb Ground Beef 1 Box of Lasagna Noodles 1 Small container of Ricotta cheese 1 package of american or mild cheddar cheese 1 package of Mozzerella 1 can of any pasta sauce 1 can diced tomatoes with garlic and basic (optional) Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Brown Ground Beef and Drain. To drained ground beef you can add the diced tomatoes and half the can of pasta sauce. Boil about 4 quarts of water, put in Noodles, till soft, in any oven pan line up 3 strips of noodles, spread thin layer of ricotta cheese, add a thin layer of the ground beef mixture. Then combine a nice layer of cheese both kinds on top.Repeat these steps until you can get to the top of the oven pan and add more cheese to the top of the dish both american/mild cheddar and mozzerella. Top with foil and put in oven for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is nice and melted. Serve hot, Garlic bread optional Serves 6
