Sweet Curried Fruit Mix and Pecans
Ingredients
3c Drained, sliced Peaches
3c Drained Apricot halves
3c Drained Pear halves(sliced)
2c Drained Manderin Oranges
1c Drained, halved Marichino Cherries
2c Pecan halves
1t currie powder
4T butter cut into cubes
1/2c Dark Brown Sugar
Method
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix the fruit together and place into a buttered, glass 13x9 baking dish. Add the pecans evenly over the top of the fruit. Add the chopped butter over the mix. Add the Dark Brown Sugar evenly over the top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes |
