Cheesy Crock Pot Taters

Name: Ralph Stone
Base: VAFB
Recipe: 5 lbs Potatoes 1 Bottle of Ranch Dressing (Hidden Valley) Shredded Cheese to taste (about 2 of those Kraft preshredded bags) 1 lbs cubed ham feeds a family of 4 with plenty of left overs Cube the taters, place in crockpot (greased crockpot, or use those really great crockpot liners), cover in the Ranch dressing, mix. Cook on low for about 7 hours, add ham and cheese. Cook on low for 1 more hour. If the cheese makes this a little too greasy for you then place in the colander for 30 minutes before serving (this also gives it time to cool down to an edible temperature). I'm sure you could add veggies to this for a one-pot-dish, but I have never tried. I would guess that 30 minutes before removing from the crockpot would be a good time to add the veggies.
