Recipe: 500g/17.5 oz potatoes 10g / 1/3 oz butter, unsalted Garlic 80g / 3 oz diced smoked ham 100g / 3.5 oz sour cream 50g/ 1 3/4 oz whipping cream 6 tbsp milk 100g / 3.5 oz soft cheese Peel the uncooked potatoes, rinse and cut in fine slices. Brush a casserole with butter and rub with a clove of garlic. Layer the potato slices in the casserole and sprinkle with diced prosciutto. Prepare a creamy sauce from sour cream, cream, milk and soft cheese. Pour over the potatoes. No further seasoning is necessary. The prosciutto and the soft cheese will add enough flavor and zest. Bake in the pre heated oven on the middle rung at 175 C / 350 F for approx. 60 minutes.
