Pork Chop Dinner For Two
4 pork chops
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion sliced
1 medium carrot sliced
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
½ tablespoon salt
¼ tablespoon pepper
In a skillet, brown pork chops in oil. Place in greased 8-inch square baking pan. Layer potatoes, onions and carrots over chops. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 66060 minutes or until vegetables are tender and meat juices run clear.
