Recipe: For from 6 to 8 pork chops........... Needed: 6-8 boneless chops or cutlets 2 tbs of butter or margerine 1 lg. can of mushroom soup 1/2 cup sour cream 3-4 fresh mushrooms Cook pork chops on medium heat in 2 tablespoons of butter until lightly browned on both sides. Pre-heat oven to 375. Put pork chops in a 9x13in cassarole dish, and set aside. Meanwhile in the same skillet used for the porkchops, add large can of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of sour cream and sliced fresh mushrooms, blend well and stir until smooth. Pour over porkchops and bake for 20-30 minutes...........best served with mashed potatoes (use remaining gravy for potatoes) and fresh green beans!!!!
