Base: Ft.Campbell
Recipe: 2 lbs. fish fillet (sole, scrod, etc.) 1 can cream of shrimp soup 1/2 c. dry white wine 1 roll of Ritz crackers Salt and pepper Wash fish and place in a greased baking dish. Mix cream soup with white wine and pour over top of the fish. Crumble package of Ritz cracker over the top of fish and soup. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes, depending on thickness of fillet, or until fish is done. Serves 4.
