1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 drops Tabasco
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. dry bread crumbs, Italian or plain
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
Set oven to 350 degrees.
Cut chicken into nugget size pieces. In small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Another bowl, place bread crumbs. Coat chicken nuggets with mayonnaise mixture. Roll coated nuggets into bread crumbs. Place on a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
Suggestions for serving: Serve with honey mustard, sweet and sour or barbeque sauces.
